GetPatients, a ChiroCandy Marketing LLC company, operates getpatients.com. This policy covers this public marketing website and inquiries about our services. It does not describe every client practice system or service integration.
Information collected through this website
This website does not currently offer user accounts, comments, payments, or a contact form. You can read our service information without submitting personal details. Our hosting and DNS providers, Vercel and Cloudflare, may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URLs, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site.
If you email or call us, we receive the contact details and business information you choose to provide. We use them to respond to your inquiry and discuss services.
Booking a business consultation
Our booking button takes you to Calendly. The calendar may request your name, email address, scheduling preferences, and other business information shown in that form. We use the information provided to arrange the consultation and follow up on your request. Calendly processes information under its own privacy notice and cookie settings. A link to Calendly does not load its calendar or tracking scripts on this website.
Please do not send patient names, medical records, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information through the booking calendar or a general business inquiry. GetPatients is a marketing service, not a healthcare provider or a patient portal.
Cookies and your privacy choices
This site currently uses no optional analytics or advertising cookies, pixels, or tracking scripts. The sample report on the homepage is a first-party illustration with fictional sample figures, not a third-party analytics dashboard.
We store your banner choice in your browser’s local storage under getpatients-consent-v1 for up to 180 days. This essential preference record contains your choice, its date, and a version number. It is not sent to a marketing platform. You can reopen from any footer, reject optional storage, or clear the preference using your browser controls. If browser storage is unavailable, the banner may appear again.
Accepting optional storage does not activate tracking: none is installed. Global Privacy Control, when enabled in your browser, is treated as a rejection of optional tracking. Before adding optional tracking, we will update these disclosures and implement the appropriate consent controls.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to deliver and secure the website, respond to business inquiries, and arrange consultations. Service providers may process information needed for those purposes. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security issues, or legal claims.
