Keep administrative fit from becoming covert screening
Location, modality, published payment arrangements and requested timing can help the team route a request. Record them only where appropriate and needed. They do not authorize a marketing vendor to assess health history or determine treatment access.
If someone asks whether a particular drug is suitable, the administrative response should identify the clinic-approved confidential route for that question. Do not ask the agency to collect more medical detail merely to make its qualification score appear stronger.

Make the next buying decision from the missing stage
If requests do not reach the receiving system, commission a routing repair. If they arrive but administrative questions stay unresolved, define a response owner and approved answer sheet. If consultations are scheduled but attendance remains unknown to the agency, report the scheduling evidence and let the practice decide whether a separately reviewed summary would help.
